Basic creative force of Neimar Engineering is provided by engineers, technicians, and workers on site, all skilled in all aspects of engagement.
In our work we use our and other's experiences gained all over Yugoslavia, Russian Federation, Iraq, Kuwait, Algeria and Easter-European countries.
Nedjeljko Gardasevic
President and Chairman
Mr. Gardasevic initially gained his experience, first as a Civil Engineer in charge and after that as a managing director in two of the biggest state construction companies in former Yugoslavia. He was engaged in a row of landmark projects of different type and through various industries. His successful international career has been crowned with founding Neimar International Group and managing it through first two phases of its development. Mr. Gardasevic is taking active part in third phase of development, through establishing operations in a GCC region.
Dejan Gardasevic
Vice president
From the very beginning of his career, Dejan has been part of the Neimar International Group. During second part of 90’s and start of the 2000’s, he supported Group activities from representative office in Milano, Italy. After that he is involved with overall management and coordination of group’s parts. He is in charge for development of Adriatic Star, our tourist investment, the biggest hotel complex to be built in Montenegrin part of Adriatic coast. Dejan is a Mechanical Engineer.
Jelena Jovanovska – Jordanova
Lead Manager
Jelena is an architect. She is a member of Neimar International Group since October 2007, working as head of the design bureau in Belgrade.
Merima Skenderovic
Lead Manager
Head of Technical Services and Executive Director of one of the companies within Neimar International Group. Merima is a civil engineer and joined Neimar International Group in 2008. In addition to managerial and executive functions, she performs tasks related to the preparation of complete tender documentation, organization, monitoring and evaluation of projects.
Vasilije Jovanovic
Lead Manager
Lead manager, in charge of the work of Neimar International Group in the Russian Federation. He is a mechanical engineer with over 35 years of work experience in the field of expertise, project management, preparation and development of bids for the construction of various facilities. He is a member of Neimar International Group since August 2008.
Zeljko Teofilovic
Lead Manager
Zeljko is an engineer in telecommunications. He joined Neimar International Group in 2013. His focus is primarily on the work of Neimar International Group in the countries of Middle East and Africa.
Jamal Almamure
Director of “Neimar Engineering” in Baghdad
Jamal is Director of Neimar Engineering Ltd in Baghdad since 2013. He is in charge of the company's operations in Iraq. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Serbia.
